Purpose
Description
This document provides information for how and when to respond to ATTCCC activities left by the Claim Owner assigned to the claim (DBS, LS, LES, etc).

Information

- Obtaining a functional update from the EE, such as OV dates, recovery status & symptoms, ADL’s, RTW plans and/or barriers, etc, allows the specialist to assess if there is capacity to perform occupational duties or not.
- When the ATT CCC is appropriately addressed and documented, this can trigger an automatic review and expediate the decision process.

- The document notes of a Phone Call Details activity will help you identify the type of ATT CCC, and the status will help you determine if it is pended, completed, or cancelled.
- The date column for ATT CCC activities are simply reminders for the claim owner to follow-up to confirm if the information has been obtained yet or not.
