International licensed editions are published in Brazil, China, Greece, India, Malaysia (since December 2012), Mexico, the Middle East, Poland (under the name Cars), Romania, South Africa (under the name TOPCAR), Spain, Thailand, Turkey and Japan (カーマガジン kaa magajin, by Neko Publishing). In the 2000s, it was published in Russia by Si-Media under a British license, but currently only the online version (www.cars.ru) remains of the project, which contains articles from the paper version, but no longer has a formal connection with it.
